What is Twisted X’s warranty for defective items?

We have a warranty for defective product that is handled through our retailers. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased the boots as soon as possible. They will examine the boots and be able to discuss your options for potential returns, repairs, and/or exchange. For online purchases refer to their customer service phone number or the return/exchange information included within the delivery packaging or email confirmations of your order.

 

Please be sure to speak with a manager and have your receipt with you when you go to the store as most stores will require proof of purchase.

I bought my shoes off Amazon and they have a 30 day return policy, how can I exchange my shoes?

We are a wholesale company and do not sell directly to end consumers. The warranty for defective shoes goes through our retailers. When you purchased from Amazon, you purchased through one of our retailers. You will need to contact the retailer you purchased your footwear from. You should find their contact information on the purchase confirmation and/or on the packing slip/return/exchange information from that retailer.

Can I buy shoes or boots directly from Twisted X?

We don’t sell direct to the end customer. You can find authorized Twisted X retailers here. Note: All authorized retailers have the capability to do special orders if/when they don’t have the specific style/size you’re looking for in stock.

I bought the wrong size, how can I get a different size?

Twisted X does not sell directly to consumers. Returns and exchanges are handled through our retailers. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased the shoes to discuss your options for potential returns/exchange. For online purchases refer to their customer service phone number or the return/exchange information included within the delivery packaging or email confirmations of your order. Many stores will accept returns for fit issues if the shoes are unworn, with the tags still on and in the box, with proof of purchase. Each store has their own policies regarding the criteria and guidelines for returns.

Twisted X offers a product warranty for manufacturer's defects but we do not offer returns for comfort or fit issues.

Where can I buy replacement insoles?

We don’t sell direct to the end customer. You can find authorized Twisted X retailers here. We recommend you call that retailer beforehand to ensure they have what you want in stock. Tip: you search the web by typing in the style number Twisted X (i.e. MFB0700 Twisted X) and it should populate online retailer options.

How do I open a wholesale account?

Currently we’re only taking on new accounts for brick and mortar commercial location retailers. If you have a brick and mortar location, please provide the store’s name, physical address, a picture of the exterior and interior of the store, and your contact information and we’ll have our local rep reach out to you. If you do not have a brick and mortar store we would invite you to reach out again once you have a commercial location that is open for business. Apply Here

I bought a pair of shoes from a Facebook or Instagram ad, where are my shoes?

Twisted X is a wholesale company and we do not sell to the end consumer. It is possible that this may have been a fraudulent site. We recommend contacting your banking institution if you have given them any of your personal information.

Does Twisted X take custom style requests?

At this time, we do not have the production capabilities to design or create custom footwear.

Does Twisted X repair shoes and boots?

We do not have the ability for in-house repairs. We recommend going to your local cobbler.

Twisted X is a wholesale company and we do not have direct sales to the end consumer. Our boots and shoes are sold through Twisted X authorized retailers, some of whom may offer military discounts.
